Terms of Service

Last updated: July 25, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RCIC Hub (the "Service"), operated by Pacific Ways Immigration Consultancy Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Please read alongside our Disclaimer. The Service provides research information and AI-generated analysis. It is not legal advice and does not replace your own professional judgment as a regulated practitioner.

1. What the Service is

RCIC Hub is a members-only research tool ("Rep Intel") that organizes and makes searchable a collection of responses issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) through its Immigration Representatives Mailbox, obtained via Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) requests, together with AI-generated summaries and analysis of those responses and the original source scans.

2. Who may use it

The Service is intended for Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs), Canadian immigration lawyers, and other authorized immigration practitioners. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Accounts and membership

Accounts and authentication are managed through our provider, Memberstack. One membership is for one individual user. You may not share your login, or allow multiple people to access the Service under a single account.

4. Subscriptions, billing and pricing

5. Cancellation and no refunds

You may cancel at any time from your account. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not renew. Subscription fees are non-refundable — we do not provide refunds or credits for any unused portion of a billing period. If you do not wish to continue, please cancel before your next renewal date.

6. Acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Service for your own professional use. You agree that you will not:

7. Intellectual property

The underlying IRCC responses are records released under the Access to Information Act. The compilation, organization, categorization, AI-generated summaries and analysis, design, and all other materials of the Service are owned by us and protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. See our Disclaimer for details specific to the immigration content and AI-generated analysis.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on the content. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes and termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of British Columbia will have jurisdiction.
