Rep Intel — 2025 ATIP releases
REP-A-2025-0031 · Express Entry
Time spent outside Canada during CEC period — does it reset?
Days outside Canada during the 12-month qualifying window do not reset the clock but must be accounted for in the physical presence calculation.
REP-B-2025-0148 · Work Permits & LMIA
LMIA exempt vs. LMIA required — bridging open work permits
Officers are instructed to verify the underlying permit validity before issuing a bridge. An expired primary permit disqualifies the applicant.
REP-C-2025-0077 · Family Class
Processing timeline for outland spousal sponsorship with criminality
No firm IRCC commitment on timelines; cases with admissibility issues are routed to a specialist team with no standard SLA.

What IRCC actually told
your colleagues

IRCC's Authorized Representative mailbox handles thousands of questions from RCICs and lawyers every year. Under Access to Information, those answers become public — but sifting through thousands of pages of raw PDFs is not practical for a busy practitioner.

Rep Intel does the work for you. Every response is extracted, categorized, and linked to its original ATIP release — with the actual source document one click away.

Frequently asked

What is Rep Intel?

Rep Intel is a searchable database of IRCC's responses to Authorized Representatives (RCICs and immigration lawyers) obtained through Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) requests. It covers 2,210+ threads across 15 practice categories, drawn from 2025 ATIP releases.

Is this legal guidance or an official IRCC publication?

No. This is a practitioner intelligence tool built from publicly available ATIP records. It is not official IRCC guidance, legal advice, or a substitute for your own professional judgment. IRCC positions can change, and individual case facts vary. Always apply your professional judgment and consult current IRCC program delivery instructions.

Who is this for?

RCIC Hub is designed exclusively for licensed Canadian immigration practitioners — Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs), immigration lawyers, and licensed Ontario paralegals. The content is practitioner-grade and assumes familiarity with Canadian immigration law and procedure.

Who can join, and how does verification work?

Access is limited to licensed Canadian immigration practitioners. At signup you'll provide your regulator (CICC, a provincial law society, or the Law Society of Ontario for paralegals) and your licence number. We verify it against the public register before granting access — usually within one business day.

How often is the database updated?

The dataset is refreshed up to four times a year as new IRCC ATIP releases become available. All members receive new content automatically at no extra cost.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — anytime. Your access continues to the end of your current billing period, after which it simply won't renew. Subscriptions are not refunded, so cancel before your next renewal if you don't wish to continue.

Is my payment information secure?

All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors. RCIC Hub never stores your credit card information. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.
