This Privacy Policy explains how RCIC Hub, operated by Pacific Ways Immigration Consultancy Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects personal information. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy law.

2. How we use information

3. Service providers
We rely on trusted third parties who process information on our behalf. Each has its own privacy practices:
- Memberstack — account authentication and membership management
- Stripe — payment processing
- Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery
4. Cookies and local storage
We and our providers use cookies and browser local storage for essential functions such as keeping you logged in and remembering the threads you bookmark. Essential cookies are required for the Service to function.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above as needed to operate the Service, or where required by law.
6. Data location and transfers
Some of our providers operate outside Canada (including in the United States). Where personal information is processed outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. By using the Service you consent to this processing.
7. Retention
We retain account and billing information for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account (see below).
8. Security
We and our providers use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent to certain processing. Contact us at support@rcichub.ca. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.
10. Children
The Service is intended for immigration professionals and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
